Orchard Glow Seaberry Jam Recipe
Made with tart seaberries, organic cane sugar, and a kiss of fresh citrus, our Orchard Glow Seaberry Jam strikes the perfect balance of bright, lively flavor and natural sweetness. Ingredients for Orchard Glow Seaberry Jam
- 3 cups fresh or frozen seaberries
- 1½ cups organic cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- ¼ cup water
- Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract for added warmth
Instructions for Orchard Glow Seaberry Jam
Combine seaberries and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until softened and bursting (about 5 minutes).
Lightly puree for a smoother jam, or leave rustic with whole berries.
Stir in sugar, lemon juice, and orange zest. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes, until glossy and thickened to jam consistency (about 220°F).
Stir in vanilla if using. Ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, seal, and allow to cool. Refrigerate or water-bath process for shelf storage.
