We are growing a wide range of unique, nutrient-dense crops. Here’s a rough guide to our anticipated availability:
Shrubs (Aronia, Currants, Bush Cherries, Honeyberries, Juneberries)
→ Estimated U-pick & product availability: 2027–2028Midstory Fruits (Pawpaws, Persimmons)
→ Estimated availability: 2030–2032Nuts (Chestnuts)
→ Estimated harvest: 2030 onward
